I see that it says adults required for those under 5, we have 3 small classes totaling 35 students, 6 teachers and myself and 2 college student assistants. By the end of May they will be mostly 3 to 6 year olds, many of which have a strong interest in reptiles lately. We do some sort of show every year to celebrate the year-end, although the they are young they are used to sitting for teacher led activities and can be a very engaged audience, especially for something that they are very interested in. If there are any students struggling or scared of the animals, we sometimes have a small group that stay in another area or leave early. Let me know if this is something that would work, we would love to book you! You can reach out to talk further if needed. Also, we do have a driveway on the backside of the school located on Furber lane, with easier access to our play yard, which ideally is where we would host. If needed we can be inside.

Hello, we spoke recently about hosting your show at our campground Pinewood Lodge. We are very excited! We decided to go for an hour and a half show to give our audience plenty of time to ask questions and take pictures. Our audience will range from all ages and will mostly be families. Parking is close by to the show area which will be under a pavilion. It does have a roof but no sides. We do have a back up indoor location if needed which also has parking right outside. My name is Marisa, and July 9th is my 30th birthday. I am interested in booking a reptile encounter on Saturday, July 11th. 1 pm is my current estimate, but it could be anytime between 12 and 2. The event would be held in my backyard, at the end of a long driveway that runs along my house. The driveway is two cars wide. The backyard is plenty big enough for the event. My concern is that I live in a 3-unit apartment on the 2nd floor, and don\'t pay for access to my driveway, but some of my housemates do, and it would need to remain mostly clear for them to leave if needed. I am also concerned about the heat. If the temperature is unsuitable for the animals, my living room is not big enough to accommodate the event. What is your cancellation policy? Thank you!

Each summer Berkshire Botanical Garden runs a Farm in the Garden Camp welcoming over 400 children throughout 9 weeks. We also run a Family Friday Series each Friday throughout the summer in our outdoor amphitheater space located in the woodland on our 24 acres. This series runs from 11-12 each week welcoming anywhere from 65-150 campers and community members. If the weather is raining we have an indoor educational building that can accommodate up to 200 people. Our Family Friday events are Rain or Shine.
